To over-ride WooCommerce templates with your theme default template, copy page.php and rename it to woocommerce.php
Within the content or entry-content area, find and replace the_content(); with woocommerce_content(); and delete links to the editing the page (this is now a shop template page, therefore the WordPress backend page content will be blank).
By default, this new Shop template will load on WooCommerce Shop pages.
Please note, that using this method, no other WooCommerce Templates are accessible.
